12k Road Race Course Description
The 12k Road Race starts at 8:00am
between Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare and Utica College
on Champlin Avenue, New Hartford. The race
proceeds North on Champlin Ave crossing Oriskany
Boulevard (NYS Route 69) onto Whitesboro Street.
Runners will run on Whitesboro Street until
turning Left onto Victory Parkway, turning Right
onto Parkway Drive and Left onto Clinton Street
towards the intersection of Clinton & Oriskany
Boulevard (vicinity Adirondack Bank &
Subway). Runners will turn Left onto Oriskany
Boulevard at the Adirondack Bank and head
West on Oriskany Boulevard proceeding towards &
turning Right onto Commercial Drive. Runners
will proceed South on Commercial Drive making a
U-Turn near the Harley Davidson Dealership
and proceed back North up Commercial Drive
running onto Old Commercial Drive near the
Hess Gas Station to Main Street.
Runners will then turn right onto Main Street and
Left onto Campbell Avenue just before Twin
Ponds Golf Course. Heading up hill on
Campbell Avenue runners will turn Right, back
onto Champlin Avenue, heading South to the Finish
Line near Champlin Commons. |
